Output: -1

Explanation: The orange at (2,0) starts as fresh and is surrounded by an empty cell (1,0) and a fresh orange (2,1). It has no rotten neighbors and can never become rotten, making it impossible for all fresh oranges to rot.

Example 3:

Input: grid = [[0,2]]

Output: 0

Explanation: There are no fresh oranges in the grid at minute 0. Thus, 0 minutes are required for all fresh oranges to rot (as there are none to begin with).
